- Enquiry details: the trip or event you’re interested in, and anything you tell us.
- Booking details: address, date of birth, passport details and emergency contact, where needed
for travel. - Health and dietary information: only if you choose to share it, for example mobility needs or
allergies, so we can look after you. We treat this as sensitive and only use it with your consent. - Marketing preferences: whether you’ve agreed to hear from us.
- Website data: such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies.

- Our website host (IONOS) and messaging tools (WhatsApp, run by Meta)
Transfers abroad
When you travel with us, we share details with suppliers in your destination, which may be outside the UK. We only share what’s necessary to deliver your trip, and use appropriate safeguards where
required.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 12 months after we last spoke
- Bookings: up to 6 years, for financial and legal records
- Health information: deleted [X months] after your trip
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe
